My 13 year old boy is back in the hospital for suicide thoughts, and depression. My husband has liver disease, but is holding on. We also have a lot of family issues. I confronted my mom on an issue, my mom confronted my sister, and all she cares about is that I told my mom and not what the issue was. Satan has blinded her, and turned her from me. I was just concerned about her children and she has written me off.

I pray for all my family daily, my friends, and strangers. It is easier to pray for someone I don't know personally, rather then my sister. Please pray that I pray for her with a clean heart, and not resentment. Also please pray that my son will find God's peace. He is a Christian, but when you are clinically depressed it is hard to see sometimes. Also please pray that my husband will not be in pain or exhausted so we can have family time this summer with both of our children.

Also, their is a 3 year old girl in Texas that needs a lot of prayer. Her mom is trying to get full custody and child support, and the girls biological dad said that her new dad is doing harmful things to her. Now, the shrink has found the child has said both dads are harming her. This is something no child should ever go through. The grandma is my friend, and is beside herself. Please pray that they can resolve this, and that the child will be protected in God's love. Thanks for all your prayers!

My husband lost his good job two years ago this weekend due to a DUI. The past two years have been filled with lots of tears, struggles, and defeat. We know that this is all part of God's plan for our lives, but are praying that these trials end soon. He has been able to find employment, but it is not enough to support our family of 6. We are praying that God has mercy on our family, and opens the doors for my husband to find a good paying job close to home. I pray that he continues to surround him with good Christian influences as well. My husband is a good man, father, and husband that just lost his way. He is on the right track now, but all the constant rejection and labeling is very wearing on him. Please pray that our family will be blessed with a good job very soon, and that my family will continue to grow in God's amazing grace!

I would like prayers for my cousin Leslie.

I got this email from my Aunt Linda yesterday, 'Leslie has been sick for 3 weeks, fighting a staph infection called MRSA. She has been going to the hospital every day for 2 weeks where they put an IV in her wrist with strong meds. Then they doubled the meds. Every other day they drew blood to make sure her kidneys could take it. The goal is to get rid of it before it hits her blood stream and organs. A few days ago Leslie got excited, as they thought it was finally responding. As of today, the doctor said there is no real progess. He is sending her on to an Infectious Disease doctor in Quincy. They stopped all IV drips. However, the doctor in Quincy cannot see her until June 5th, and this infection is climbing from her forehead into her hairline. Paul and I want to take her to Mayo, Iowa City...somewhere. She sees Dr. McKenney on Friday and wants to wait until then. The point is, Leslie really needs prayers. She has been fighting this for 3 weeks and is making no headway. Leslie is taking this in stride, but worn out and taking care of her family.'

I wanted to give you a quick update on Steve. He has been moved from one hospital into another. He is being weaned off of the ventilator, and may be completely done with it by next week. He is still catatonic most of the time but he has his moments when he will do what he is asked. He did mouth the words I love you to his wife. Praise God!

Please, it won't take long, just pray that it be in God's will for me to find a full-time job for the summer that can support my life. 18, on my own, in college.

A relative of ours (who lives in another state) just found out she is "expecting". She and her husband have been wanting a baby so badly and had asked us to pray. What joy we felt to get her phone call last night. Praise God. Thank you Lord! How wonderful You are. Who is like you, Oh God? Thank you-thank you-thank you.

Also, God has blessed my husband and I financially today. Our Heavenly Father always comes through when we need help. We sometimes sell things we do not need, or buy things and mark them up and sell them, through an online sales channel. Today we sold furniture, and after all expenses made $101. Isn't that amazing? We are praising the Lord. We are very thankful. We are grateful. God has blessed my husband and I, and we are praying that everyone who reads this post will also be blessed, In Jesus' Name. That God will pour out his favor . . . He longs to bless his people, you know. So have faith and He will do it. Remember to wait on the Lord. It's all in His perfect timing. Whether you need help with finances, job, relationship, whatever it is. God hears the prayers of His people.

My family has a desperate need for a 5 bedroom home as soon as we can get one. Where we are living currently is no longer going to be safe for us. A criminal is being released very soon and we fear he will come around if he still knows our location. The problem is that since this home is not sold yet, the money is not immediately available either. Please pray that God will work a miracle and provide for our welfare, or somehow see that the man is kept in prison and not released at all. Thank you for your loving prayers.

My mom, Norma, is in the ICU at Proctor. Doctors gave her about a month to live.

I am asking for prayers and patience. I am about to start my sophomore year at Methodist College, June 3rd. I was just told that I have to have half of my summer tuition paid on or before May 31st. I am asking for patience, because I pay for my own schooling. I do not ask my parents for help, since they are paying my medical bills from last year as I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer, as well as my mothers bills from diabetes and Celic. I know God will provide if it is meant to be. I know he has called me to be a Registered Nurse, so it is through him that I will find a way to pay for my school. Please pray for patience as I wait for answer's from God. It is through him that anything is possible. Thank you!

My client and friend, Terry has asked me to pray for her grand daughter, Mia. She is 3 years old and has been having terrible seizures since January. She has asked that we pray for God's healing hand, and if it's God's will that the seizures not be taken away please pray that Mia's doctors will be able to figure out how to keep them under control so that she has a normal productive life.

I'm also asking for prayers for Terry. While speaking with her today I learned that she has been feeling very angry. Life has not been kind to her and she feels like she is at the end of her rope. She has survived cancer twice and one cancer scare. She has lost close family members, including her brother who was very close to her. She has survived a broken marriage, and a medical scare with her current husband. Please pray that God shows her the kind of peace that only He can provide.
