Here are the rules for the 91.5 WCIC Music Advisory Panel iPod Nano contest:
To enter, just fill out a Music Advisory Panel survey in the month of January. If you aren’t already a member, you can join at wcicfm.org. The survey is sent through email; if you don’t have access to email, you can stop by the 91.5 WCIC studios at 3902 W Baring Trace, Peoria, IL 61615 during normal business hours and give your name and number to be entered in the drawing. Normal offices hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The prize is an 8GB iPod Nano valued at $130. The winner’s name will be drawn from all the surveys sent out in January and completed by February 7th.
No purchase is necessary, and you must be 13 years old to enter. If you or anyone in your household has won a prize from WCIC in the last 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the last year, you are not eligible to enter. Employees and immediate family members of New Life Media, its participating sponsors, or affiliated agencies are not eligible to enter.
