Ruth Graham, daughter of Billy Graham, at Northwoods Church for Mother's Day Weekend! Ruth Graham gets real about heartache. As daughter of evangelist Billy Graham, one might imagine an idyllic life of joy. But Ruth’s story is woven through with dark threads: infidelity, divorces, teen pregnancies, eating disorders, drug addiction, loneliness, depression, anger. Ruth is a living testimony of the hope God provides, even through the darkest storms!

“The world is tired of plastic Christians,” Ruth said. “I was tired of being a plastic Christian. I told everybody I had it all together, and I was falling apart. And I was scared to death to tell somebody.”

She now ministers worldwide, helping people who are hurting to know they’re not alone and that struggle is part of the human condition, that no one is exempt. But through the the power of Jesus Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives, we have hope for change, transformation, healing, and joy! Ruth shares a Biblical perspective on her journey of faith. Warm and articulate, Ruth connects with her audiences by speaking openly about her own pilgrimage. She is the author of Fear Not Tomorrow: God Is Already There and In Every Pew Sits a Broken Heart.
