Willmar and Arina Cohen are leading a team of God loving people into the heart of Springfield IL, to minister to the homeless and temporary displaced families. Willmar and Arina were born in South Africa and moved to the U.S.A. in 1996.They became U.S. citizens in 2008. They have been ministering to the homeless faithfully now for 10 years. Uturn was founded by Willmar and Arina on December 1st 2010.
