“About seven years ago… I ended up in the hospital for 2 1/2 months.

It was during the holidays, and around Christmas time, I would hear the nurses in the hall whisper, “nobody comes to visit her.” My family didn’t live close by.

Anxiety was taking its toll on me, not to mention the enemy was at work.

I remember turning to look out the window with tears streaming down my face, feeling overwhelmed.

After a few minutes of crying, God put upon my heart… the Apostle Paul was beaten and chained in a cave, but he still sang praises to ME.

I immediately wiped away my tears and started praising God.

To this day, I remember that time in my life and remind myself, Praise Him in your storm!!  Drown out the enemy!!

I play WCIC at home and when I’m in my car.  It floods out the anxiety and the negativity of what’s going on in the world today.

We can’t allow the negativity or the enemy to get a foothold, especially in this day of social media and negative news.

We have to stand on the Truth. We cannot “see” what God is doing, but we can be sure He is working everything out for His Glory!

I’m looking forward to what God has in store for us!”
