Thank You for Rising Up!

But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. -Isaiah 40:31

Does the eagle ever ask, How high do you think I’ll be able to soar? Will these wings work? What if I fall? It makes me chuckle just thinking about it. The eagle just mounts up and soars because that is exactly what God has designed it to do. It instinctively trusts that when it spreads its wings, it will soar.

I recently heard our pastor share how hope is inseparably linked to trust. And when we say we have hope in Jesus, it means that we trust Him. The deeper our trust, the greater our hope.  We can trust that He is who He says He is and He will do what He says He will do!

For the almost 38 years that WCIC has been on the air, we have trusted God with this ministry. We have seen Him come through for us, year after year. One thing I love is that He chooses to work through His people. That’s you!
