On the show this week, we asked about the APP you’re loving these days and got some great responses. Here are a few we really liked:
Parent Cue – This app is designed to show you how many weeks are left before your child graduates and then gives you something to work on with them each week.
ColorNote – This app takes all your little post-its and combines them to create your to-do list, shopping list, reminders, and calendar.
Seeing AI – This app helps the vision impaired by narrating the world for them. It can tell you what’s in a picture or scan a document for you. It can also describe a person’s face.
AND WE SHARED SOME SOME APPS WE’RE INTO THESE DAYS:
I’m testing out the note-taking app Bear, and it’s pretty cool. I like the fact that you can add a hashtag to any note, then when you click on the left hand side, you’ll see that hashtag. Click on it and any note with that hashtag in it will pop up. You can also make to-do lists and other things.
Jeremy’s loving two new apps. Mealime is a meal-planning app that helps you make healthy meals for your family with easy-to-follow instructions. It also takes your plan for the week and combines all the ingredients into a shopping list. We love the meals, by the way! Q & U gets you and your kids talking with questions designed to spark discussion.
What’s ‘APPENIN’ on your phone these days? Comment with an app that’s helping you with your finances, your marriage, or whatever.
Oh, and don’t forget about the FREE WCIC App for your smartphone. Keep the encouragement going everywhere YOU go!
Have an ‘APPY” weekend…with & without screens.
