“”Hey. This is Emerson Day, and my new song, Get Behind Me, is a song that I wrote to remind myself of the power and authority that we have in Jesus Christ. I felt under attack, and I was feeling things like anxiety and worry and fear. And I know that those things are not from my heavenly father. Those can only come from the enemy. And so if you feel under attack, if you feel like ground has been lost, this is the moment to take it back. We have power and authority through Jesus Christ and the blood that saved us. He has the final victory and the final say. The Bible says that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. And I believe that. So I hope that you will praise today and you will allow this to be your fight song.” -Emerson Day
