Join the Fight Against Suicide at the Out of the Darkness Walks
This fall, our communities are stepping up to bring hope, healing, and support to those impacted by suicide. The Out of the Darkness Greater Peoria Walk happens on Saturday, September 27 at Fon du Lac Park Administration Center, with check-in starting at 9 a.m. and the walk at 10.
These powerful events, sponsored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), give families, friends, and neighbors the chance to come together, remember loved ones, raise awareness, and fund life-saving programs. By walking, you’re helping to keep hope alive and reminding others they are not alone.
Whether you’ve been personally impacted or simply want to stand for a good cause, your presence matters. Join in, walk with us, and be part of the movement to save lives and bring hope Out of the Darkness.
