A local Springfield MOPS group is about meeting new mothers and being support for each other.

Here at MOPS, we are on a mission to celebrate motherhood. We build circles of women who love each other like family, because raising humans is beautiful and hard, and having each other to lean on is life-giving. That’s why we connect moms all over the world to a community of women, in their own cities, who meet together to laugh, cry and embrace the journey of being a mom. This is motherhood, and together we can change the world in all the best ways.

There is a teacher at each meeting that watches the children. We hope you'll join us!

The Lifetree Café experience is a scheduled hour of stories and conversations to feed the soul. Everything from politics to prayer will be discussed. The hour typically includes a short original film and guided conversation. A local host will direct the hour giving it the feeling of a live, local talk show, with an inspirational twist.

Topics will change weekly, focusing on popular life issues. The documentary style films feature everyday people with unusual stories, as well as nationally known figures.

Lifetree Café is for adults of all ages and serves as a comfortable place to meet other people who are interested in similar issues. The atmosphere will resemble a warm neighborhood coffee shop. The experience gives people practical help and insight on life issues, and provides a hopeful spiritual connection.

People today want to participate in conversation, not simply hear someone lecture. People want to share their thoughts, ask questions and tell their own stories. Lifetree offers a safe place and time to do that.
