Our guest speaker this year is Beth Jones. For the past 30 years, it’s been my joy to help people learn the basics of faith through writing, speaking, and co-pastoring with my husband, Jeff. I am passionate and focused on providing Bible study workbooks and curriculum resources to strengthen individuals, small groups, missionaries, and church congregations in the Bible basics and empower them with a tool they can use to share the Bible basics with others.
As a speaker, she loves teaching the Bible basics and tries to do so in a down-to-earth, humorous, and practical way. Whether through her weekly podcast on Pray.com and other leading podcast platforms — or through “The Basics With Beth TV,” which airs on the Pray.com App and Smart TV platforms (Roku, Apple TV, Android, etc.) in English, Farsi, and Urdu. She also loves being a regular speaker at their beloved Valley Family Church when in Michigan and at other events as the Lord leads. As a teacher, several years ago, she felt led to start The Basics University — a growing, online video-based discipleship platform with over 4500 subscribers.
